Pre-registration for the 2012 Yulefeast  is now open on our Registration Page. Pre-registration runs from August 1st through September 30th.

Pre-registration prices (August 1st through September 30th)

Adult (ages 17+) $60.00 plus $3.00 Service fee, Total $63.00
Youth (ages 6-16) $40.00 plus $2.00 Service fee, Total $42.00
Child ( ages 0-5) $5.00 Total

There are limited Vendor spots available on our Vendor Registration Page

As always you can download the Yulefeast 2012 Registration Form and mail your payment into Yulefeast directly.

Pre-registration for Yulefeast: resurgence opens August 1st!

Blessings on the Lammas! Just a quick reminder that the online pre-registration officially opens at midnight tonight. Look for the post that will tell you when the page is available. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s festival.

Important dates coming up:
August 1st – September 30th - Event pre-registration. Register early for the best prices!
September 21st – Yulefeast: Resurgence casting call for the rituals
October 1st – November 30th – Regular registration period. All mail in registrations must be postmarked by this date.
December 14th – 16th - 4pm Festival opens!!

 

Announcing Yulefeast: Resurgence 2012

The NW Yulefeast Board of Directors are proud to announce the Festival Dates for the 2012 Yulefeast. This year we return to our beloved event site of Millersylvania State Park ELC on Friday, December 14th through Sunday the 16th.

Pre-registration opens for all on Wednesday, August 1st, and we continue to be the most affordable Pagan festival in the Pacific Northwest.

The rates for this years festival are as follows:

Pre-registration prices (August 1st through September 30th)

  • Adult (ages 17+) $60.00 plus $3.00 Service fee, Total $63.00
  • Youth (ages 6-16) $40.00 plus $2.00 Service fee, Total $42.00
  • Child ( ages 0-5) $5.00 Total

Regular Registration Prices (October 1st through November 30th)

  • Adult (ages 17+) $75.00 plus $3.00 Service fee, Total $78.00
  • Youth (ages 6-16) $50.00 plus $2.00 Service fee, Total $52.00
  • Child ( ages 0-5) $10.00 Total

Registration includes: 2 nights lodging, all meals, and all activities.

If you do not wish to register via paypal, you may do so by getting the Yulefeast 2012 Registration Form and sending in payment that way.
