We are pleased to announce that early registration for Yulefeast 2013 – The Return of the Light is now available at the lowest rates of the year. This years festival will be December 13-15 at our traditional site of Millersylvania ELC. Visit our 2013 Festival registration page at: http://nwyulefeast.org/registration now.

From Ostara through Llamas the prices will be as follows:

Adults (ages 17 upwards) $55.00 + $4.00 paypal fee
Youth (ages 6 – 16) $40.00 + $2.00 paypal fee
Children (ages 0 – 5) $25.00 with no fee.

If there are more than 4 people in your party, please email registration@nwyulefeast.org for an invoice in order to save your group on the service fees.

Yulefeast Board of Direstors Meeting Announced

We will be having the first board of directors meeting of the year on January 5th at 2-5pm at the Black Bear Diner in Federal Way, WA. this meeting is open for all after 3pm, prior to that the board will be in executive session with the staff of the last Yulefeast.

2012 Festival a Success

As the fire faded away this last Sunday, we closed the festival for 2012 with the knowledge that the 2013
festival will happen on December 13-15.
While the festival was very small, fellowship and the desire for the return of the light was very evident in the eyes of all attendees.
On Saturday we had three well attended classes. Including a reading by Yulefeast Co-founder, Blacksun from his new book “The Scrolls of Hannut”
After the feast, the Grandma Fussie Scholarship Raffle raised $128 for the fund. We will be able to provide 2 Adult scholarships for the 2013 festival due to the generosity of our community.

Saturday Only Day Passes Available at the Door

We will be accepting Day sales for Saturday only at the door. $40 for Adults, $25 for Youths and $10 for Children. Cash only. Please arrive before 11am when the opening ritual starts.

Price includes both lunch and the feast.

We have closed all online registration for this years festival. If you still wish to attend, please email registration (at) nwyulefeast (dot) org and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Additionally, Air Point Pete Tyrsson will be at the TERRA meeting on Sunday the 9th from 2-4pm at the 6th ave Denny’s in Tacoma and will accept up to 10 more registrations in person for a last chance registration.

Costs for last minute Registrations will be:
$85 for adults (17+)
$65 for Youth (6-16)
$30 for Children (0-5)

We will be busy this weekend!

On Saturday it is Pagan Pride at Freighthouse square in Tacoma, where if you register for Yulefeast resurgence there you can get the early registration price.

On Sunday we are having our casting call at 3rd place books from 130p – 430p in Kenmore!

With the first of October, the early registration rates are nor longer available. Please visit the Registration page today to register for this year event. Even with the regular rates in place, we are still the most affordable Pagan festival for the entire family in the Pacific Northwest.

Registration closes Friday November 30th. All registration packets will be emailed out on Monday the 3rd.

Join us this coming weekend at Pagan Pride at freight house Square in Tacoma and Sunday at Third Place Books in Kenmore for our Ritual Casting Call. If you pay our staff at the event, you can get the early registration pricing.

Please join us at frieghthouse square in Tacoma for the 2012 Pagan Pride day celebration. We will have flyers for this years festival, and anybody paying for 2012 Yulefeast will get the early registration rate vs the regular rate. The flyers will be specially marked for the event. We also will be talking with vendors as well to carry our flyers for us.

Giving Back to our Elders

With NW Yulefeast’s long running tradition of taking care of the elders within our community, we will be moving our casting call to Sunday, October 7th at 3pm so we can participate in an important event. Please see our post about the casting call

We will be at the benefit for Allen and Leon of Traveler’s. Leon had emergency surgery recently, and the costs beyond what insurance covers is causing a lot of financial distress for them. We have linked to the event and we will be donating an Adult membership for this years festival for the either the silent auction or raffle.
